Does our extension keep working when FoxConnect is updated?
Yes. Your extension is maintained by the same team as the core, so platform updates are made with your features in mind.
Can FoxConnect connect to our ERP or POS?
Usually, yes. We confirm what your systems allow during discovery, before anything is built.
We are a small shop. Do we need custom development?
Usually not. The standard FoxConnect product (foxconnect.app) or Tellfox (tellfox.app), ready-made booking and CRM on LINE for small shops, cover most small businesses without a development project.
