Booking flows
Service, staff, date and time, with live availability, and a confirmation sent back into the chat.
LIFF (LINE Front-end Framework) opens your web page inside LINE with the customer already known by their LINE profile: no app to download, no account to create. We build LIFF apps for booking, membership, ordering and forms, and the backend they rely on.
What we build
Service, staff, date and time, with live availability, and a confirmation sent back into the chat.
A digital member card, points and rewards that customers open from the rich menu.
Products, options and a cart, with the order passed to your own system.
Sign-up, consent, warranty and enquiry forms with fewer fields to type, because LINE already knows who is asking.
The LINE login token is checked on your server before anything personal is shown or changed.
The API behind the app, connected to your CRM, POS or booking data.
As of October 2026
LINE’s own developer news has two points that matter for a LIFF project this year:
LINE MINI App developmentSource: LINE Developers news, 12 February 2025 and 20 October 2026 (developers.line.biz/en/news/). Checked 29 October 2026.
The steps the customer takes, designed for a phone screen inside LINE.
The LIFF front end and the backend it calls, with the LINE token checked on the server.
On iPhone and Android, in the LINE app and in an external browser.
Live from your rich menu, with SDK updates as LINE releases them.
Proof
FoxConnect’s booking app is a five-step LIFF flow that salons, clinics and spas use every day.
