Booking & queues
Appointments, tables or queue tickets, with confirmations and reminders in LINE.
A LINE MINI App is a web app that runs inside LINE, so customers use your service without installing anything. We build LINE MINI Apps for Thai businesses and help you through LINE’s rules for publishing them in Thailand.
What we build
Appointments, tables or queue tickets, with confirmations and reminders in LINE.
Member cards, points and rewards in one place customers can come back to.
Menus, products and orders passed straight to your own system.
Confirmations and updates sent through LINE’s service messages, available to verified MINI Apps.
The API and data behind the app, connected to your CRM, POS or ERP.
Provider details, privacy policy and app behaviour prepared for LINE’s verification review.
As of October 2026
LINE changed who can publish LINE MINI Apps in Thailand in 2026. What applies today:
LINE MINI App in ThailandSource: LINE Developers news, 11 March 2026 (developers.line.biz/en/news/2026/); LINE MINI App introduction (developers.line.biz/en/docs/line-mini-app/discover/introduction/); LINE for Business (lineforbusiness.com/th/service/mini-app). Checked 29 October 2026.
Whether a MINI App is the right tool, and whether you need verified status or an unverified app is enough.
The channel set up under your company as the provider, and the certified-provider application prepared with you if you need verified status.
The app and its backend, tested inside LINE on iPhone and Android.
Submission for LINE’s review, search switched on, then updates as LINE changes the platform.
Proof
We have no LINE MINI App case study yet. The closest proof: FoxConnect’s booking app runs on LIFF, the same web technology LINE MINI Apps are built on.

A web application that runs inside LINE, so customers use a service without installing a separate app. It is built with the same web technology as LIFF and has its own LINE channel.
As of October 2026, anyone permitted under the LINE MINI App Policy can publish an unverified MINI App for Thailand. Only channels under a certified provider can apply for verified status.
You need it if customers should find the app through LINE search, add it to their home screen or get service messages. For an app opened only from your own rich menu or QR codes, an unverified MINI App can be enough.
LINE for Business lists 5 to 7 working days for the verification review, as of October 2026. Certified-provider status has to be in place before the review can be requested.
No. The MINI App opens inside the LINE app customers already have.
